HOW TO ORDER
You're welcome to order on the website and we'll send it to you (Australia wide) or you can pick it up free if you're nearby.
You can order via our website using a Visa or Mastercard or by PayPal.
We’re also happy to take orders over the phone or email. Simply email firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 0435 842 554.
Are you looking for a gift but you’re not quite sure what to get, get in touch and we’ll help you pull something together that they’ll love.
If you live near us and are happy to drop in and collect your items simply select ‘LOCAL - Cloncurry’ at check out and there’s no charge.
If you can’t get in we’ll charge a flat rate of $9.95 per over but if you spend over $100 we’ll ship it for FREE (this applies to Australian orders only).
We are in the remote Australian outback so things take a day or so more than you might expect to reach you. We’ll bee working really hard to get your orders out within 1 - 2 days of receiving it (during business hours) so you probably won’t even notice but we thought we should let you know.
We want you to feel totally comfortable shopping online with us so our returns policy is as follows:
If the item you have ordered isn’t right for you, we are happy to provide a credit note, exchange it or give you a full refund.
If you’d like to make a return, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your item.
To make a refund the item must be in perfect, unused condition without damage.
We can’t accept responsibility for items lost while making their way back to us so please make sure you use a trackable service to return your items.
The shipping charges will be deducted from the original order value.
Of course if the item is faulty the shipping charges will also be reimbursed.
Refunds and credit notes will be issued once the items have been received. Credit notes are valid for 6 months.
